Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby color. Notes of ripe fruit and dried figs. Harmonious with compotadas and dark chocolate notes. Firm but well integrated tannins. Long and harmonious finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC

Food Pairing:
This is an excellent wine to serve with soft cheeses, cured cheeses, fois gras, liver pastes and dried fruits.
